Supply Chain Management
Dr. Eftekhar’s research specialty is in supply chain management with a special emphasis on humanitarian logistics. Through multi-methodological research, he studies how existing managerial structures shape humanitarian operations. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from HEC Paris. In 2014, he joined the W. P. Carey School of Busines.

Explores the many areas of supply chain management; in each case the logistics view is described and understood. Emphasizes movement of product/material, information and money in each section.
SCM 493 - Honors Thesis
Supervised research or creative activity focused on preparation and completion of an undergraduate honors thesis or creative project.
SCM 541 - Logistics in the Supply Chain
Critical issues for customer perception of supply chain performance, including inventory planning, transportation, warehousing, information technology, and integrated logistics service.
